Re: "You've been ranting and raving about how bad management is a INPR. Are you just trying to see if you can outdo TTOSBT (or whatever the h*ll he calls himself)?"

Well to start I have chosen my handle "TTOSBT" for the purposes of this thread posting (which was a RIGHT the people I paid have given me). And of course you could not have even discern as much let alone how bad the current management's concerns for it's stock price are.

Re: "Do you really think that the Inprise of today is the same company and in the same business as the Borland whose stock sold at $85?

Here yet another example of your lack of understanding what this poster was saying. He was stating that the current management like the Borland of old did not take notice or care where their stock price was going or what the investor's or Wall Street was saying to them.

Re: "Do you think there was a chance at all that Borland could have successfully competed in the market in which it was attempting to then?"

No. They started showing some concerns when Del came on board, then they just couldn't wait to get their hands on the income to purchase overpriced companies -Open, (not Del's but he obviously fell in line with VLSI).

Re: "I am not happy with how things have gone in the past year but your rantings are sounding like a broken record. Can you add anything constructive to the discussion? If not, why don't you dump your stock and go elsewhere where I'm sure you'll make a pile of money because of all your wisdom."

In case you also cannot discern SHARE HOLDERS ARE PART OWNERS. Oh yeh also this is a free market and anyone can buy and sell and complain about anything at anytime within the law!
