RFB: You wrote, "...[HEC's] actual contract is much more detailed and restrictive than explained in the 10Q. There are all kinds of restrictions regarding shorting as well as sale of these shares." Is this information you learned from the company? To what restrictions are you referring? Are you aware of any "anti-arbitrage" provisions which have not been made public? Thanks, Gator II
