Even More Updates:

Within the past two days, I have updated estimates for the following locations:

Mall of America
Downtown Disney
Tysons Corner
The Source
Arizona Mills
MGM Grand
Palisades

While Disney has taken quite a hit, Mall of America and MGM had great final weeks for the quarter and I have increases my estimate for EPS to 0.22. The calculation is listed on the financial projections portion of my web site... -Dylan
