I totally agree with you. I hope the games players are out of here and we are left with investors who are content to have nice steady gains as the performance warrents. This company has the potential to do great things. There is never any guarantee that they will make it big time, but the market is there and it seems the product is there and,I think the management is there to get the job done. The partners are big players with large vested interests in this area. Things could happen very fast with a little luck, and you make luck. This stock has absolutely nothing built into its price reflecting potential. It isn't even selling for asset value. I am totally convinced that the assets could be sold in 30 days for significantly more than the market cap.
The Amazon coms of the world are the stupid things. Selling at ridiculous prices with no chance for profits in a business that is largely impulse buying and one that any number of people can enter overnight. Really absurd yet it reflects the shallowness of investing today. More like the lottery. I think Sand players are going to be very pleasantly surprised in the next few months. Whether it is this quarter on next, we are going to see growth in revenues and thats what it is all about. Profits will come one day, but that isn't the key here. Revenues mean people like the products and thats what gets the ball rolling--sales,enhancements, maintenance, vertical markets, joint ventures. etc, etc. Check an IBM or a DEC and look at the breakdown of revenues. Lots of avenues to pursue. Hopefully Sand will make a nice dinner for one of the big players. That will be in the cards if things go well and brother Ritchy won't mind a bit if the match is right. It is his plan. It is the only way to go.
