Edward, Double check your insider info. Some of the buys you show are actually duplicates of the same buy by Domain. Apparently, Domain files an SEC report for itself and for some individual partners as well. I know its confusing, but you can tell by the dates and share amounts that the filings are duplicates of the same trades. My comments on the insider info doesn't mean I'm bearish on HPIP. But just thought I'd alert people to the confusing insider info. Marty
