Appreciate the address: done and done! As far as the access to Level II data. No, unfortunatly! I would give my right n** for that though. I am relying on information I have obtained, and my own observations. The Reg S is a possiblity, but it is different than any I have seen before. Typically huge chucks move through. There have been some large blocks, but not consistent. Besides that, anyone holding has nothing to gain by selling now. Before AGTI announces out of the red, reporting, and other endless good news! The only one that can profit at this point are market makers. Trading among themselves to depress. The hellish cycle of OTCBB companies that have a chance! Rob
