Don't you think that AOL alone will give USR a HUGE chunk of the server side.(11,000,000 served <g>)
Not to mention Compuserve, AT&T etc.

I don't think USRX would mind "just a piece" of the pie.

They don't need WORLD DOMINATION (insert echo effect here<g>)to be pretty happy and profitable.
