I don't know about PRWT buying CHES. But I do Know their accumulation patterns in the sub penny range are about the same. The accumulation on CHES started in March that volume was not you. It was whoever knows what is happening with CHES. The accumulation has been steady since March. They have been buying all sells from every run up. With periods of no accumulation to let the stock cool off. When they have all they want then you will see news. ROB
