I spoke with IR today. The company denies any pending negative news as a cause for the weakness in the stock, no change in the business.... The window for insider sales is closed as earnings are due to be reported the end of the month. This company was previously class-actioned for a drop in price, so I feel pretty secure they would not say all is OK without it being so. Had I known this news this am, I would have bought some in the $25 range. Still looks like a value in here. Elliot
