we are at a double bottom, numerous oil stocks have not been holding their double bottoms. I also am ready to take additional position, but not yet. I think we will see UTI go below it's bottom, then wait for signs of buying, heavier volume, possibly on ut's at 12 (after it goes below 12) then watch the $OSX, if it is showing strength, which I would expect it will soon, then UTI becomes a buy.
