ALL,

I made an interesting observation this afternoon, and that is that all of the traditional circuit-switched ld carriers and CLECs turned up on the up side (green) at the closing bell, and all of the fiber barons and VoIPs, save one, were losers, turning up red. It's not the first time I've seen this happen.

Now, I know this is sentiment-driven to a large degree, with a little hair-trigger activation on the program side, as well. But it just seems kinda strange every time I see it. What I'm looking for is some kind of low-level, granular explanation for this. Any thoughts?

Frank C.
