This is a good time to buy. The sector is getting jittery to the upside. We're looking for a stampede here and these spikes are indicative of a breakout on the upside. Nobody wants to be left out of a rally that will be in the 100+% category. Three or four stronger issues spiked up in the last hour of closing -- AMAT, ASM, NVLS. Of course, any rally could be ultimately abortive, but I'm looking for some upside action in the next few weeks. This reminds me of the commercials where there is one Rice Krispies bar left, everyone wants it but nobody wants to make the first move.
