Bill, I tried to purchase some of the private placement units which would have given me one share at $1.60 and a warrant to purchase another share at $2.00 within one year. It appears that Wood Gundy stopped the small private placement and scooped it up for their clients. My good fortune as I bought in at an average of $1.57. In my opinion, Wood Gundy had to see considerable upside potential in promoting this issue. In my opinion, it would be folly for them to promote a stock just to get the commission. Got to run as the World Cup is going to shootout. More later. Regards, Ed
