Thought we would hold 12....don't think so now.

Still am optimistic about opec though. In fact more than
that...they were muttering about forming an enlarged opec
which would control 60% of world reserves. The "weak opec"
trend has lasted a long time now...which to me means the
time might be ripe for a different trend, a bigger,stronger
opec trend.
