Dgivinvestor...
Just how do you rah rah something to it's demise. DGIV is not a funeral.....it is an exciting, up and coming company with a lot of potential. Why should we all be so straightfaced when we are excited? To make you and the other "people who showed up when the fun started" happy? No way..if anything, we should cheer more and maybe they will go away.
I'm into football....when my team is up (which is 90 % of the games) we yell, scream, whistle, etc. to show our appreciation and shared support of our team.
When the team is down...and that happens at least once a year...same Sat...every year ...we STILL yell, scream, whistle, etc to show our appreciation and shared support of our team. It makes the team feel good and it shows a certain commaraderie among the believers.
Now, unless you are a golf fan, you should know about cheerleading. If my team was in it's worst loosing streak ever (Heaven forbid) I would still be in the stands, yelling and screaming with 96,000 other screaming fans....showing my faith in my team...win or loose. And better not ANYBODY start trashing me, the quarterback, the coach, the cheerleaders, the band or anybody else...cause they are on "my team"...win or loose.
Just where you come off "blaming" the demise of the stock on a group of fun loving people sharing each others company I don't know. It is truly ludicrous. I don't think any body here could find an investing book that says...have no confidence in the company....make no positive statesments about the company...don't enjoy your investment whether you are down or up....be monotone...be serious...
Please...if you don't enjoy the fun...then don't read it. But QUIT PISSING IN MY FROOT LOOPS!!!
"Look at the big picture" yourself and ask if you REALLY think that loving a stock no matter what, is a bad thing...really...how can it be?
Give it a rest. You and those like you have hurt enough feelings and stepped on enough toes for one day...
Lt. Cmdr. E'Lane...and damn proud of it. And also proud of my fellow longs with a sense of humor...and the patient tolerant people who quietly let the thread go about their business in peace. |
