Lou,

Thanks for your inputs. I've attempted to address several of them below.

"I don't know where you are getting your buyback numbers but I think you are a bit short ... "

Frankly, I won't stand behind my buyback numbers because I don't know what's been spent. I remember after we were into the buyback about a month I was really surprised when it came out we'd picked up less than 500K shares (I think) and we were trying to buy them from CC people for $.70 (I was told) so my assumption at the time was that there was a lot of money left. Since that time I don't know what has happened since everything has gotten so convoluted with Muller, not knowing when the buyback was in effect, etc, etc.

"Personally, I'm not here for a buyback ... "

I'm not here for a buyback either but I'm also not in favor of our price unnecessarily tanking and, as a result, seeing an exodus. If we have some money to do it with, it makes sense to me to both get the shares back and to help hold the price.

"On the PR front, if I thought DCTC was going to be a corporate entity 2 years from now, ... "

I know people have different opinions on the necessity of PR and I happen to be "on the other side". I saw what bgtit was able to do by bringing in a few of his friends. I asked the Mad Hatter (your fishing buddy) how he found out about us and he tells me "through a friend". James and Brad and most everybody else twists their mothers-in-law's and barber's and check-out girl's and anybody else's arms they can grab to convince them to dig deeper into their pockets. The points: every time that happens we get new buyers who can help bolster the price (and mitigate having 37K "bombs" tank us) and, (2) the only way word gets out about us is via word of mouth. Aside from one paragraph on annual earnings in the WSJ and Barron's, the only other vehicle we have is SI. So, the only way other than word of mouth for people to find out about us is first to know about SI, then to stumble into the "Less Than $5 Stock" section, and, finally just maybe wandering onto our thread long enough to capture their interest (assuming they don't just see people railing at each other or talking about fishin -- sorry, had to get that in :-)). Even a lot of knowledgeable on-line investors don't use SI. If they rely on message boards at all, they may rely on totally different ones: Raging Bull or Yahoo or ....

But you get my point. If we want buyers -- whether we exist as a corporate entity for 2 months or two years, IMO we need people to know about us and for that to happen (short of word of mouth), we need PR. As for bad experiences with PR before, I'm certain what we got was only as good as what we paid for and if we only paid $4-$8K/month, that probably wouldn't do us much good working through a PR house. But I also don't think you have to pay an expensive PR firm. I'd be happy just seeing a one column wide 6 line ad in IBD or Barrons's or the WSJ that said "DCI Telecommunications, specializing in pre-paid yaddas, etc., etc., ... in top 100 hot stocks list 3 out of the past 5 months, revenues multiplying every 180 seconds (or whatever), KonLin pick, etc. etc. Call for Investors Kit (800) xxx-xxxx".

But, if we don't want buyers, IMO we have to live with the probability (not possibility) of going down further. To me this means we'll just have to keep gritting our teeth, hoping people don't bail, cursing every 37K sell, and waiting -- ever so patiently -- for the "big bang".
