Volok had been COO before Daniel Martin was brought in this past March to take over as President and COO. Since Volok was in essence demoted, I don't find it alarming that he is leaving, particularly since his stock options are now "under water." My impression is that Martin is a much more talented manager, and I don't view this as a big negative.
