So my questions to the EdHeads are:

Hey guys, is there any more bad news you are not informing shareholders about, but is certain to be brought out in the press by the competition?

When you saw the volume increasing and share price dropping, did it bother you that you could have informed the average shareholder four days ago but did not?

Do you understand that by remaining silent, you in effect gave an advantage to those who had access to the news prior to the common fellow?
