I read the earnings release and am surprised that stock did not trade down 10 points after hours.

MOT has been guiding and guiding and guiding the street down, then came in and "BEAT" this estimate. Pretty lame. Surprised that anyone would buy this trick anymore.

Huge $2.23 per share charge allows pencil pushers to put losses in which ever column they like to make "earnings" look better. There is no way for us to know if the country actually made 1 penny or lost $1.50.

Orders just about guaranteed the next couple of qtrs are going to be miserable.

Already not known for fantastic management, I think MOT's current management has just found a new low.

I am glad I have no position now. With its recent dn trend, I thought there may be a buy opportunity. If the stock goes up tomorrow, shorting may be a better play.
