Here we go again. The old TVL supporters have lost everything and now the NEW TRIAL MEMBERS claim that TVL is a good buy at $1 because the fundamentals are still the same.
I know we heard the same arguments from Graham who has no word, when the Stock was at $2.30. Now we have the new opportunists who will suck the innocent investor to buy TVL, while they sell as quickly as possible. NO SHAME!!!!!

Reasons why TVL is DOWN
1) 60 million shares outstanding. TVL claims they will sell 220,000,000
units. How is that? There are approx. 250,000,000 tv's in the US, which by the way is the only country that can transmit the signal AT THIS TIME. Now, who could be so desperate and crazy as to project the sale of all these units. Are they so ignorant as to not know that TV mfg's will be selling their products with Soundviews technology implemented in their televisions by January 1 1999. They are not ignorant, it's just part of their traditional SCAM announcements.
2) TO YOUR IMAGINATION Realistically do your own projections as to how many set top boxes will be sold within the next 6 months, then project how their competition which includes PG and General Instruments will cut into that projection. Then divide the net profits INTO 60,000,000. Looks like the stock is heading for .50.
3) Wall street knows this and so do other intelligent investors unlike Wendy Cusack, Go Long, Vinridge, Graham, and Edsam who happens to be the master of information manipulation.
4) TVL has not Patent. ACACIA DOES. FACT
5) Have any of you received the famous Set top box after placing an order. Let me answer, NO. They state that oders cannot be shipped until further notice. WANT TO KNOW WHY? iNGRAM WILL NOT SHIP ANYTHING UNTIL tvl OBTAINS A PATENT FROM ACACIA.
6) PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE TO INVEST IN COMPANIES WHO COMMITT FRAUD IN THEIR ANNUAL REPORT.
7) TVL is outright a SCAM.
