The lawsuit was scheduled to goto court yesterday the 3rd, and was Mitsubishi's counterlawsuit against AXC charging patent infringement by AXC of Mitsu's patents! They just countersued after AXC took the plunge. I've been assuming this is just big company lawyerspeak for "We've got more $ than you and can outlast you in lawyer fees so give up and give in." Can't imagine Mitsu really believes AXC is infringing on their patents! Think it's a pre-emptive strike.
