I've read the IPO prospectus of ORBCOMM (more than twice), and I understand that the problem is within TWO satellites only (the two which were launched in 1995). The rest of the satellites are working fine. Since these are little LEO satellites, the cost of replacing the two defective ones will be quite minimal. As you know, Wall Street -if they hear bad news- always sell first and then ask questions later. I'm long ORBI and waiting for superior growth. regards..
