Dan, You make some fine points, as have others today. Here's my two cents worth after reading the last 10 or whatever postings. These not necessarily directed at you Dan, mostly general points:- 1. Sellers are a fact of life in OTC-BB stocks....there are many who get in hoping for a quick buck so whether selling is CC or otherwise who cares. We have to realize it's just life in a BB stock. 2. Yes if new buyers come into DCTC in whatever volume, who believe in the end game and what Mr. Murphy is doing/will do then that is just more shares out of the hands of negative investors or negative MM's so GREAT. 3. Lou, my comments re: fishing were nothing personal...here's my take...if anyone coming to this BB thread is not in DCTC then they will be less likely to follow the thread through if it is proliferated with chit chat about fishing or other non - DCI stuff or if they view several posts in a row of shareholders playing out grudges against each other. I was just making a small point that the BB could be a positive weapon to those of us in for the long haul if we make it a positive environment for potential shareholders to visit. Sure no harm in the occasional frivolity (thanks DP !!!) but surely it should be kept to a minimum. 4. Although I like technical analysis, I am the last person to invest based on only technical analysis of a stock...especially in a BB stock fundamentals are VERY important. Let's face it the fundamentals of DCTC are building nicely so who cares about these daily flip flops in share price. If Joe Murphy continues to build DCI this way he WILL reach his goal of a $100 million company and based on discussions with my contacts in M & A this could equate to a buyout price of $12/share plus!!! The share price today won't mean anything if the fundamentals are right...the buyer will pay for the revenues....they will understand that the price action on this thing is just what has been said...messing about by MM's and sellers taking short-term profits and weak investors who do not have the stomach for waiting for the end game and so should not have been in an OTC-BB stock in the first place. 5. On the PR front....who cares!!!! I am sure Joe Murphy is not sitting on his behind just waiting for a buyer....he seems way too smart for that. I am sure he is actively looking for a buyer so why should he care if Wall Street has PR on his company or not!!! if Joe approaches the right companies in the right way he will be successful in finding the right buyer for this company PR or no PR. 6. On the shareholders meeting...yes an early announcement would have been nice on the web site and by post to DCI shareholders, BUT of those of you on here contributing regularly how many ae going to the meeting anyway even though you knew early that it was in Florida? I bet several are not going so stop whining!!! Serious investors holding DCI stock would have called the company to find out when the meeting was if they thought they might like to go, as I did, so grow up...if any serious investor wants to know information he/she finds it!!!!! 7. yes, i did hear about DCi through a very trusted friend BUT I did my research and I believe in Joe's plan and that he WILL achieve his goal so i am not going to cry about this localized recent selling as i know where the share price WILL go...so hang on all you long termers we'll get there!!! OK that's it for now!!! great to see some positive input here today...have been watching a while and now pleased i am a contributor.
