Hi JSI I said: "For "any" independant to review, audit, amend and correct, that "independant must verify the original data. The only way to do that is to "resample, re-asssay, re-analyze"
You said: I don't believe this to be true. While it would be wise for this to be done, this statement does not call into question the methodology that was used, only whether or not the conclusions from the samples are correct.
All I can tell you is I have had many experiences in my lifetime of independants verifing data. In ALL cases extensive drilling and sampling and assaying "is' done. You say you don't believe it is true, I will gladly take you up on that. You also say that they don't question the methodology, yet thats exactly what they state, they question "methodology and analysis".
You said:The report may still matter, but we are now talking momentum. If we have third party verification of any type, be it a complete resampling or just a seconding of Guido's findings, that is what will matter.
NO and I mean NO engineering firm will ever "second Guido's or any other geologists findings" (there company reputation is on the line) without a thorough investigation. Remember Kilborn Indonesia!!!
You said: I believe this to be legal jargon that MINE's lawyers require TT to include in the 8K in order to placate the SEC. While it is true that there could be no gold, I believe the area in question has too much of a gold producing history to just throw this claim to the wayside.
Hemlo was discovered in Canada, had huge mineralization, one claim outside the area they had squat!! Nobody has hit since! Like you I believe there is gold, but how much???? Until somebody quantifies Guido's claim, there might as well be no gold!
You said;So what, I for one would welcome this. I now own this stock at a $0.00 cost basis, as I'm sure others do to (after today's price action). I'm prepared to wait. It all comes down to what you believe.
You were smart, others weren't!!!!!
You said:Lastly, I don't know about anyone else, but when I get into penny stocks, I am 100% speculating. This to me was a lottery ticket all the way. I see the 8K as good factual evidence of what the company is doing, the steps that must be taken, and a roadmap to the future, not bad news. As the saying goes, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder". Well, I don't know about you, but a potential 6.4MM ounces of gold looks pretty beautiful to me.
Excellent attitude you sound like an astute market player. I see the 8k as what the SEC has "forced" the company to do! You say tomato I say tomato (doesn't work in type!!!!)
You are obviously a well informed investor, you have minimized your downside and retained a float of free shares. No wonder you can relax and wait!
