IMHO, I believe KO considers PEP to be a notch above an annoyance, Don't mean to sound like an old veteran but the cola wars of today are nothing compared to earlier years, when both were in the trenches.

Pepsi may flood the media with new fangled commercials for thier drinks , but as usual people enjoy the commmericals more than the beverage itself.

When I order a soda in a resturant, I order a coke or I am asked if I would like a "coke", no matter what brand they have available. KO will not always go up, it will pause to refresh, let the earnings catch up, and then proceed.
