Yes, I also did a similar math and liked the potential contribution of MFE to EduSoft's revenues.

I am also optimistic that annual revenue of $20 mil and eps of $1 is attainable in the near future (perhaps as early as in the next 4-6 quarters). Stock price could bounce back quickly, once the investment community pays attention to the company. Also, EDUSF is always a good acquisition target!
