Guys, and any ladies present also,

I am discouraged. For the past few weeks almost everything I have touched is going sour. I am not following my rules and have paid the price. End of April I was up 162% for the year, I gave 62% of that back so now I am down to about 100%.

I have put myself on strict probation and am making my position size smaller. Still I feel a bit demoralized. I hate opening my trade confirmations because I know what is inside. Most of the books I have read, and even some of my own posts on SI say to either stop for a while, review your errors, reduce your position size, etc.

Just thought I would see if anyone can relate and would like to comment on how to handle the discouragement of a drawdown.

Thanks, RS
