WOOF WOOF WOOF

There are still a couple of low priced dogs in this portfolio. They are not the sorts of companies a rational investor would want. However, they are in the game and you don't want to give up too early. So, I will hold ACTC and FCSE granted they don't drop below $2, that's my stop loss.

As for SWEBF it's hold to the bitter end.

On the watch list for this month are OTEXF and HWP. We'll try to pick them up as cheaply as possible. As for the general market, I am quite bearish. It will be a nasty fall IMO. Even so, there is growth through every economic calamity, so it's a balancing act, you don't have to sell everything.

I suppose interest rates might not go up for another 6 to 12 months, so there may be life in the market yet. Some think the secular bull trend can keep pumping until 2008 (Barron's this week)...so it doesn't pay to try to time the market.
