Good news for Iomega on the patent front. This injunction may only be the beginning. European patents typically issue sooner than their US counterparts. Watch for the US patent to issue (say, in about 3 months) and then Iomega has got Syquest right where they want them in the US. No more SparQ cartridges, no more SparQ drive sales. Too bad for SYQT holders.
