If you all want to do yourselves a favor, pick up the phone tomorrow and call James Kelly at CS First Boston and Parice Halbert at Dain Bosworth and ask them what it is going to take (other then their buying up Vivus between 5 13/16 and 9) to issue a buy recommendation.
A little pressure never hurts and it would be interesting to see what kind of response we get.
