Currious as to how you can have a "market" order "at 11 3/8"?
Perhaps you meant you had a market order to buy (which would be filled at offer or higher)?

Or maybe you had a limit order to buy at 11 3/8?
If this is the case your order would have never been filled, for ZRAN never traded that low yesterday. 11 3/8 had as much chance of filling as putting in an order to buy it for 25 cents.

It filled at 9 5/16 this morning.

This stock is going one place and that is up.
I have to admit that it is so bad on the ZRAN front that it could'nt get worse, so maybe there is no more room for decline. After all, what else could go wrong? Most every bearish point has already been covered:

1)A chart that looks like a down-hill ski slope.
2)The dreaded "earnings warning"....look for downgrades to follow.
3)Terrible numbers in the warning
4)Decreasing revenues
5)Increasing losses
6)The "not-so-hot as anticipated" reception to their software product line
7)A declining percentage in thier hardware liniage.

And I might add that since I have been trading ZRAN numerous times these past 4 weeks, I have to tell ya that it has been all downhill as the past trend suggests. Still holding 1/2 of my latest short from 11 3/4 (average), for I am a firm believer in "the trend is your friend". ;-)
I covered the other half for a healthy profit today. <G>
