Hi Charles: I have a lot of respect for AMC management especially Todoruk. Kaiser has him pegged as a "toiling geologist" diligently looking for that property that will be a mine someday. Fulcher and Barr are on several VSE BOD's. Thorsen is Tecks' man. The Company has close ties with Teck and Barrick (Barrick, thru the Lac takeover). No one has had any regulatory run-ins that I'm aware of. All in all, I like the team. If the junior markets were a little more stable, AMC would be attracting a lot more attention than it is right now. Generally, the Company is taken seriously, and not as a stock promotion. It really deserves better than to be on the VSE, but then, I am a little bit biased ;-)). Hope this helps.
