AirTouch still has no idea when the Dual-mode Q-phone might be available. Earlier this year they estimated that the phone might ship in September 1998, but now they claim the phone needs further testing with no guess as to when or if it might ever be ready. By the time this comes out CDMA will be replaced by a newer technology. What could be so difficult in making a cell phone? Maybe they don't go on sale until the CDMA StarTac is released.
