i agree with you. Customer service has been very unpleasant. I've called and complained many times about my orders not being filled and they give me the runaround.

A friend of mine is pleased with Etrade. I've opened up an account there and will withdraw my cash from Datek.

Etrade charges 14.95 per trade...a bit more than Datek...but I prefer quality service over a cheap service.

I would gladly pay the extra $5 per trade if it means saving thousands of dollars in trades due to bad executions.
