I can think of a lot of things to do rather than jack with this stock. Yes, I did sell the day before the Fisher thing really hit hard. But still had substantial losses. My two biggest problems are that when I bought the Ps, I was under the understanding they would be paid as dividends, so if I owned on May 29, 1998, I would get a 50% dividend. Then they changed it to a split. I did not buy MIDL to just get the dividend, I bought because of DF144. Which leads me to my second problem of no DF144. The fact that the value of the stock (DF144) went out the window. MIDL had the responsibility to DD DF144, Aron, the patents, Fisher and on and on. They made representations in PRs they had this they had that. Now they have nothing. I feel they (MIDL) has a responsibility to all current and past shareholders who have lost money. Didn't MIDL approve of the PRs? They had and have a duty to represent the truth. Yes, people lie. It happens all the time, but when they lie and people lose money, they sometimes end up in jail. You guys can flame me all you want and say I should not have gotten out and only current shareholders should benefit. Well, all I can say is that I was in it, believed in it, paid my dues (dearly) and feel I have been wronged. This is not a case of crying over spilled milk. It is a case of being screwed and wanting to see if there is a possibility of any recovery. If I had just lost on a bad deal, which I have done, I take my lumps and move on. This is something different. We have all been conned. To say it was not MIDL is not correct.

Binder, you are probably right that to get any kind of recovery in a deal like this is extremely difficult, but with a 40k loss, I have to try. Can anyone fault me for that?
