my realaudio is unreal...drat Really wanted to hear it straight from the Halimi's mouth. Certainly should provide some support for the share price. No, Jim D., i'm still 45% long from my original buys dating back from last fall with lots of averaging down to a cost basis below 3. The info I referred to was financing that took place this February and March: a total of 4 million dollars. My info comes from the company's quarterly report form 61 dated 5/29/98 for the quarter ending 3/31/98. The info on the financing is in schedule C. First Quarter Financial Highlights. They seem more like lowlights to me. Looking at the credentials of John Singleton, with all of his banking contacts and background, makes me all the more surprised that the company resorted to dilutive financing for short term needs. I'll buy more if the share price gets back to the low 7s. But I may never get the chance...that's ok too. If the company is on the verge of being fully domiciled in the U.S. they shouldn't be conducting business like a Vancouver operation, giving directors sweetheart gifts in front of EPA approval for securing a 1 million bridge loan. Does anybody know who Quest Ventures Ltd. is? or who the holder is of the second 1.5 million convertible debenture? Any long who can digest this quarterly report without getting a queasy feeling has a stronger stomach than I. Can someone provide more details of the online audio interview for those of us who are realaudio-impaired? TIA Mike
