Dale, I believe CAWS may have obtained an experimental license from the FCC to test its 2-way wireless Internet access. From a regulatory standpoint, MDS channels are only authorized for point to multipoint transmissions, and I am certain that the FCC has yet to issue any regulatory amendments to allow the use of 2-way transmissions on MDS channels. I will try to research this further. Scott, do you have any insight on this one?
