Jetter...
"Hyping" is defined as deceitful promotion. Is that what you think we are doing? That is a question... not a challenge.
>>If DGIV is what people here (including myself) think it is, it will take care of itself. No need for hype or bashing for that matter.<<
Obviously, DGIV will do what it is going to do (in the long term) regardless of what we say. However, you can read that our enthusiasm, cheerleading, etc. is a way of taking care of ourselves... not DGIV.
>>The hyping I've seen just makes people look foolish and is a poor excuse for market timing.<<
I beg to differ... it does not make one look foolish to celebrate your passion or your joy. It does not make one look foolish to engage in mutual support. As for timing... I think not! The battle cry of this thread has been "Holding Long" for as long as I can remember.
>>Byron, what was so important that everyone should rush out and buy more shares, or continue holding what we have? To see us loose 20% of our equity? Please, if you know something share it with us.<<
It was shared... not on this thread, but it was shared.
>>If anyone looks at this with open eyes, its no different than what you all are accusing the bashers of doing... Stating information without the facts...<<
Interesting choice of words... "facts." Facts can be defined as truths. The "Bashers" have taken released information and twisted it and lied outright. That is deceit and not truthful. Byron on the other hand has conveyed to others information that he has received. Is that factual or truthful? As it often deals with future events it cannot be factual - it hasn't happened yet. Is it truthful - to the extent that he really did have that information and is faithfully reporting it is... at least in my mind. You must make up your own. It is up to the individual to hear the information and judge whether the future event is likely to occur. I prefer to hear all the information of this nature and judge for myself its likelihood of occurring.
Lastly, your sign-off...
>>Scott, the lone voice of reason?<<
This is rather presumptuous, don't you think? Your view is the only reasonable view? Your "reality" is the only reasonable "reality?" I find your rejection of emotion and demand that others do the same rather limiting, condescending and narrow minded.
Lazarus, hoping we have a party planned for the weekend on this, yes this, thread. |
