Ok one more time ... Dan Fisher and his affiliates submitted the Due Diligence package, Financials at the time of acquistion. Dan Fisher and Arcon made the PRs NOT Midland. Midland is the one going after what was taken.

Midland has $0.00 and $0.00 in assets and $0.00 in revenues and if another acquistion comes in their assets will not be a part of what happen before their prespective acquistion.

Mark Pierce is trying to clean up all this mess as quick as he can in the best interest of the company and shareholders. He has established a Liquidating Trust where as ALL assests and litigations of Midland exist which presently is $0.00. if you sold your stock you get to go after the one who did the fraud.

I know of two lawsuits against Fisher that were won on default because he did not show. Problem they got is collecting. Simple as that.

BTW Midland's one director on the board Wayne Duke could only step in WHEN it was in FACT fraud existed and not some ridiculous slanderous accussation. BTW there were two boards until the shareholder meeting at which time the ticker was changing and Midland would have been history.

JMHO and I am not an attorney though I have talked to so many here lately and brokers too. They all say you have to go after the one that committed the fraud which Midland is doing.
