Kevin,

Thank you for your excellent post. As a long term holder (it's
too late to get out now) I have three principal questions:

(1) One would think that with Eco's very large backlog of future
business it would be a logical takeover candidate?

(2) Is it reasonable to assume the company will seriously
consider buying back its shares at these bargain rates while
announcing to the world why it's taking such action?

(3) And what guarantees do we have that management will make the
critical moves to get this ship afloat once again to where it
was on October 3, 1997 when the stock was $14.43 and what most
thought was a totally undervalued position back then?

Your thoughts, Allan
