AT...Upgrade was indeed issued prior to open as I posted earlier today. However, Charlie O's comments were not on the tape until 3:31EDT per AG Edwards. Thus the late runup towards the close. Hey, I don't subscribe to the DOW wire. I'll let AG Edwards foot that bill.
