Binder ... that was an excellent post however I would like to point out one small problem with your synopsis. It was not a reverse merger it was an acquistion. An Dallas attorney provided a due diligence package and a CPA in Dallas a financial statement to the board of Midland at the time of acquistion. Now once that was done the management of Arcon took control because they were the ones with the business since they sold off New Departure at the time of the acquistion. I do not know a company that would allow another mangement board to run their company since the acquistion was primarily to bring Arcon public. Now if you step back and look at it Midland acquired a company with an attorney's(local) due diligence & a local CPA financial statement so how could they have known any different. How the devil did I know that calling and asking a question would have exposed all of this? How did Jeff Harrington and others know what the TA told them was going to expose all this? How did Charger know that questioning the wishy washy BS Dan was doing with the warrants was going to expose all this? There were plenty of questionable points but no case numbers or captions about Dan's past. Matter of fact until I posted I wanted black and white proof a week or so ago did a diligently shareholder (Richard) find the civil suit case #s and captions. Also another diligent shareholder (Bill) finally discover rights to the patents. There was plenty of delays in the filings. There were warning signs but nothing solid or concrete. Until Mark got the financial statement on June 10th after Dan resigned did he know for sure just how massive it was. Though Mark knew something was wrong after I and two other diligent shareholders called him on a conference call about the TA. He still had no proof. The only way Dan got caught was because of a team of diligent researchers who are not sheep brought everything to my attention. I was lucky enough to have Mark's phone number and pestered him. Some of the researchers have turned as we all know but those that were pro MIDL but a pain in the backside are the ones that helped expose all this. A lot of people have had their character questioned instead of focusing on the point of the fraud. One person in particular (Charger) got cussed out and flamed royally because some moron (me) believing some of the crap the point of the fraud told them. I can say I am sorry which I have but that does not excuse my actions. Lesson learned. And there are others that have fallen for the fraud's point of view. Bottomline is Mark is going to move forward regardless what we say or do. People will find out from this stock that constant DD, team work and effort is the only way to safe way to invest on this arena. Now though the few on this thread can hindsight till they are blue in the face about how they got nailed. What about the real world that does not even know this thread exists? At least the online researchers were a team and did something about it. If it were not for these people who help expose all this we all would have gotten nailed. At least now we have an excellent chance of winning this time instead of losing which is typical when this type of crap happens. Sorry for the long post but if not for a team effort and me having Mark's phone number Dan might have gotten away with it. No flame just tired of all the speculation and searching for a reason or scapegoat other than the one that did this mess. JMHO GB
