OT:
Very sad to see you're back, now knowing where you've been :-). Used to disappear into the Canadian woods w/my Dad, where we did lots of fishing & didn't see anyone but ourselves for the a week or more. Good for the soul. Been meaning to take my 14 year old brother-in-law; hopefully near the end of August. If we go 'tho, it'll be Maine. Keeping it domestic from here on out, or learning French. Canucks put me off for good last time.

Haven't been keeping too tight w/the FA here myself. Using charts as a beacon for when to stoke up the DD. Good luck playing catch-up!

One thing you may be able to answer for me quickly (glad you're back...). As a reporting company, SEC requires that any entity holding in excess of 5% (?) report their buys or sales of stock. If a sale brings you under that threshold, do you need to report it?

Example: 10M shares outstanding. I hold 1M (yeah right) from a debenture. I am eligible to sell and recoup my discount and do so, dutifully reporting my sales so far totalling 460K. Next day I sell off 50K shares, bringing my ownership down to 4.9%. Am I required to report the last sale? I also assume that the reporting restriction is lifted for any additional sales below the 5% limit; i.e. I slip off the radar screen. ?.

Thanks. Have fun on the ether! LB

P.S. - 01:35? Those are my hours! :-)
