KAA--Considering the involvement that Charles has in all these companies, why doesn't the SEC have his hide tacked to the wall? I'm sure that there are a lot more people out there like him, especially in the BB arena, that are making a fortune through the LEGAL bilking of the investors. I got caught up in one last year called UMSI. The CEO, Baker and his crony, Zani ran the company into the ground while saying that everything was perfectly OK-----BS. Lost a bundle on that one because Zani was so convincing. Art
