To All: I have been following this thread for a few months now. I am not a stockholder....yet. Let me issue a warning to all, REG S is a virtual "kiss of death" for a stock. I have been involved in a couple and if BCAM is planning to do a REG S financing, then look out! A REG S simply menas that they are unable to obtain more mainstream financing and are resorting to almost giving shares away at ridiculously low levels. These shares are then sold for an immediate or almost immediate profit which further depresses the price. Been there, done that. It sounds as if their tech is really unique but REG S dealings scare off investors like the plague!!! Good Luck to All!! Albert
