Yes, Ray... I agree. The effects and causality surrounding the following will be interesting:

And who knows? It may even cause the ILECs to lighten up on their procurement requirements, once they find that vendors are more likely to supply to the diffuse assortment of less restrictive CLECs and ISPs/ITSPs who are all more-than-willing buyers?
