Serge,

If you think it is so ridiculous, remember I was a raging bull on this company just a couple of weeks ago.

Now I feel betrayed. And if I feel that way, then be assured that those who bought at higher levels probably feel even more angry.

I'll try not to stir up the legal stuff anymore, but I wanted to mention that it should be factored into any analysis. It is the one thing that could still hurt this company and its stock price even more.
