I am surprised that Avnt has not bought another company or merged. This seemed to be their strategy the last two years. The risk reward would be to great for SNSP to risk a merger with AVANT. There are still a couple of small co's that Avant may want to acqiure in order to build a stronger foundation. They will need it. If HSU loses in criminal court every lawyer looking for a dollar will be after Avant's money. That is if they have any after the CDN civil suit. Avant does have time on its side because the courts are slow moving but sooner or later AVANT will have to come to terms with there crimes. If I were a customer I would not be banking my funds on software that may not be around because a judge says you can't sell it or there is no support because HSU is Jailed are bared from the industry.
