From the Security industry for the past 20 years. We would be in direct competition to Counterforce and their dealers but that doesn't stop me from seeing that they are doing the right things within Counterforce for the most part. The alarm monitoring business alone is a tremendous business that would sell for high multiples, and is being increasingly consumed by multinational firms interested in recurring monthly revenue without taking into account the developing Biometric market.
