Greg, Given that management decided to implement the 100 million debt deal at such a poor stock price and has stated, if what has been said here is true and I have nothing the would have me doubt whomever posted it, that management was concerned that even if they were to meet estimate earnings, management was concerned it would be taken negatively (What is new for the last year). This, IMHO indicates to me that Mrvc will not blowout this quarter and by the unusually low price of the stock and at this important time, at best, will only move a few points at best. I just ask the question to all, with managements decisions and statements to a few shareholders - how or why should the stock rally hard this time? This has been true in the past but without a major announcement of some sort, IMHO we again will be disappointed very soon. Only hope institutions may want to participate in the next few quarters? This year's shareholders meeting will be very interesting. I hope the company hires some BOUNCERS to help control things. :-) I hope I'm absolutely wrong. Regards, John
